Thomas W. Morgan, President, Chief Executive Office and a Director, Enerjet

Thomas W. Morgan is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Enerjet since October 2006. Prior to joining Enerjet, Mr. Morgan was a founder of WestJet Airlines and during his 10 years with that company held senior positions ranging from Chief Pilot and Director Flight Operations to Executive Vice President responsible for all flight operations including Maintenance and In-flight. Mr. Morgan was actively involved in the growth of WestJet Airlines from start-up to 52 new Boeing 737NG aircraft serving North America with both scheduled and charter services and he was the leader of 550 pilots, 1200 flight attendants and 300 maintenance engineers. In 1983, Mr. Morgan founded Morgan Air LLP and has presided as President, organizing and setting up a fixed based operation including flight training, charter and management of corporate aircraft leasing and maintenance servicing Western Canada. Mr. Morgan has also held the following Board of Directors positions: WestJet Airlines (Toronto Stock Exchange) from June 1996 to January 2006; Aero Mechanical Services (TSX Venture Exchange) from January 2001 to June 2005; Black Dog Resources (TSX Venture Exchange) from August 2005 to Present; and Mount Royal College Foundation from February 2004 to Present. Other achievements include Entrepreneur of the Year for Canada 2000 and Entrepreneur of the World for Teamwork 2000. |
Alan Mann, Vice President Finance & Chief Financial Officer, Enerjet

Alan Mann is Enerjet's Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer and is a Professional Accountant (CGA). Mr. Mann came to Enerjet from the oil patch where he was a Financial Projects Leader with an energy services company. Mr. Mann also worked with WestJet Airlines for several years. His initial role at WestJet included analyzing and reporting on the company's performance-based compensation plans and led the team for C-SOX securities compliance requirement. In this role, Mr. Mann gained valuable experience, and improved business processes for various areas across the company ranging from revenue, route determination and pricing, to reservation processes and the recognition of this revenue on the financial statements. Mr. Mann also spent five years in commercial credit/finance with the Bank of Nova Scotia. In his last year at the Bank of Nova Scotia, Mr. Mann was an Account Officer in Private Banking - Wealth Management. |
Darcy Morgan, Vice President Business Integration and Director, Enerjet

Darcy Morgan has been a Board Member of Enerjet since September 2007 and serves as Vice President Business Performance and Integration. He is responsible for enhancing Enerjet's performance with the application of information technology, and for marketing the workforce transportation line of business. Mr. Morgan was previously employed with SAP, the world's premier enterprise business software, and IBM, the leading business integration company. Through 20 years of business experience, Darcy has succeeded with a wide range of duties. He has been responsible for business development, executive account management, channel development, public sector relations, and liaisons with industry bodies. Darcy is a graduate of the Haskayne School of Business in Calgary. He is an alumnus of and contributor to Haskayne's award -winning Inter-Collegiate Business Competition Team. Mr. Morgan is also a Board Member for Black Dog Resources (TSX Venture Exchange), a gas and oil producer. |
Gareth Davies, Founder and Special Consultant, Enerjet

Gareth Davies is a Special Consultant to the executive team. Mr, Davies is a founding member and was Vice President Aircraft Technical Operations & Aircraft Purchasing/Leasing at Enerjet until September 2009. He has over 30 years of experience in aviation and was one of the first employee's of WestJet Airlines in August 1995. Mr. Davies was Vice President, Technical Services at WestJet, responsible for the acquisition of over 20 B737 aircraft and overseeing the entire maintenance department at the airline. Later he worked on Corporate Special Projects for WestJet, including the sale and retirement of the B737-200 fleet and the selection of the Boeing 737-700 Next-Generation aircraft, for which he oversaw delivery from the factory to being operated in Canada. Prior to this, Mr. Davies was Director of Technical Services, AeroCorp, FAA-FAR 145 MRO, specializing in maintenance, repair and overhaul of large transport category aircraft. In addition, Mr. Davies worked with Echo Bay Mines in the northern aviation operations and served in the Canadian Air Forces. Mr. Davies holds Transport Canada Licenses as a Flight Engineer and Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with numerous aircraft and aviation related training and courses. |
William (Bill) Lamberton, Consultant, Enerjet

William (Bill) Lamberton is a consultant to the executive team. Mr Lamberton was a Director of Enerjet since September 12, 2007 and has held the position of Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Enerjet until January 2010. Over the past 5 years Mr. Lamberton has consulted in the airline and travel sector and has operated a Canadian based tour company. Mr. Lamberton has 30 years of experience in the travel industry and has held senior marketing positions with a number of Canadian air carriers, including WestJet Airlines. Mr. Lamberton was Vice President, Sales and Marketing from 1995 through 2003 and led the teams for revenue, scheduling, route development, charters, cargo, special product, advertising, branding, communication and public relations. Under his proven leadership, the marketing plan for the airline was successfully launched and he continued to develop and grow the team through 28 consecutive quarters of profits in its first 8 years of operation. Mr. Lamberton has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and has recently completed a four year term as a director on the Calgary Economic Develop Board. |
