INFLIGHT SERVICE

Enerjet is pleased to provide a complimentary beverage service on every flight consisting of soft drinks, coffee and tea are available on all flights and a pre-paid or post paid bar is available as required.

Our customer service can arrange catering to the satisfaction of the customer, including what is listed above.

If you are travelling aboard Enerjet through a tour operator or have booked via a travel agent, please contact your tour operator or travel agent directly for meal services provided on your flight.

Please refer to Air Transat's web-site for in-flight services if your flight number begins with "TS".

DUTY FREE RETAIL PRODUCTS (INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS)

Presently Enerjet does not offer in-flight duty free retail products on its international flights. At most major airports, where Enerjet flies, duty free shopping is available. Please contact the airports directly for inquiries regarding Duty Free Shopping. See our AIRPORT TERMINAL INFORMATION section for contact details.

ENTERTAINMENT

Please pack along your own entertainment, such as an I-POD, DVD Player, electronic game, a book, crossword, playing cards, coloring book and crayons for children.

Tip: Enerjet does not offer power outlets on its flights for charging of battery powered personal entertainment devices and laptop computers. Please ensure any battery-powered devices you would like to use in-flight are fully charged before departure. Please check with Enerjet's in-flight crew before powering up any personal electronic devices. As a courtesy to travellers seated next to you, the use of laptop computer external peripheral items (e.g., printers, external hard drives) are not permitted.
